Thursday 6-7pm with Sally
Open gym
The space is yours.
Use it for making up a missed Day 1 or Day 2 strength session, extra accessory work, mobility or rehab exercises, or your own programming. Sally’s there to coach if you’re working through the programmed session, or to keep an eye on things and make sure you’re training safely if you’re doing your own work.
Metcon
Short, sharp, and out the door buzzing.
Metcon (metabolic conditioning) packs a lot of action into a small window of time — short bursts of work, minimal rest, heart rate up. The format changes every week, so the variety keeps things interesting and your body guessing. Every session can be scaled up or down depending on your fitness level and what you’ve got that day. Some people go all out. Others work at a steady pace. Same session, different intensities — you pick your level.
Sally coaches the room, keeps the energy high, and makes sure everyone’s working safely.
Good for people who want cardio fitness without running, or a mid-week endorphin boost to carry them through to the weekend without the early Friday alarm.
