What It Is
A high-energy session accommodating all fitness levels and considerations. Designed to increase endorphins and kick-start the weekend.
What We Do
5 minutes of the McGill Big 3 (core activations)
10 stations in a circuit format. You spend 3 minutes at each station, working with a partner or solo depending on class size.
Each session mixes resistance, power, core, and cardio—what the fitness world calls “hybrid training,” but what we just call effective. You pick the weight, you pick the pace, we design the combination.
The variety keeps it interesting, the circuit format keeps it moving, and the atmosphere keeps it fun.
Adaptations for Everyone
Every station has modifications.
- Can’t jump? We’ve got alternatives.
- Managing an injury? We’ll adjust.
- Pregnant? We program specific options.
- Feeling tired? Go lighter.
- Feeling fired up? Go heavier and faster.
Same session, different intensities. You work at your level.
The Vibe
This is where the community really shows up. Big Bang has incredible energy—good tunes, good humans, laughing between sets, and everyone genuinely supporting each other.
Some Saturdays you’ll go all out with your training partner. Other Saturdays you’ll just show up and move at whatever pace your body needs that day. Both are welcome.

Thursday Evening Open Gym
Every Thursday, 5:45-6:45pm
What It Is
Open gym is exactly what it sounds like—the space is yours. Sally’s there if you need coaching or want to do a make-up strength session from earlier in the week. Otherwise, do your own thing.
Use It For
- Making up a missed Day 1 or Day 2 strength session
- Extra accessory work
- Mobility or rehab exercises
- Your own programming
The Setup
Sally’s there to coach if you’re doing the programmed session, or to keep an eye on things and make sure you’re safe if you’re doing your own work.
