Pre planning your meals is THE SECRET to making sure you don’t make crap food choices. When you are hungry and busy it is easier to grab something quick. We know that fast food is readily available. If you have steamed your veggies and popped them in a container with a great source or protein (today mine is prawns) you will eat that meal instead of a bought crap alternative. When I am organised and pre plan and prepare my meals, I stick to my food intentions and I reap the rewards. Make time to do this and watch the results!
