Jo came to yoga through meditation and Buddhist practice. What started as personal healing turned into a calling to share these practices with others. Her teaching is warm, unpretentious, and genuinely inclusive. She meets you where you’re at-no judgment, no expectations. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or you’ve never touched a yoga mat, you’ll find your place in her classes.
