What we do
Vinyasa yoga, breath-linked movement that builds mobility, balance, and calm. We flow through poses that challenge your balance, open hips and shoulders, build core stability, and give your nervous system permission to settle.
Some weeks are slower and more restorative. Other weeks we move with more intensity. Joanna reads the room and adjusts based on who’s there and what people need.
Who it’s for
Complete beginners welcome. Experienced yogis welcome.

We have an extensive library of recorded yoga classes available to all members. Miss a session or want to practice at home? The library’s got you covered.
