Self-directed training or make-up class
Thursday 5:45-6:45pm
Open gym is exactly what it sounds like, the space is yours.
Use it for:
- Making up a missed Day 1 or Day 2 strength session
- Extra accessory work
- Mobility or rehab exercises
- Your own programming
Sally‘s there to coach if you’re doing the programmed session, or to keep an eye on things and make sure you are safe if you’re doing your own work.
Session length: 60 minutes
