Private coaching with Sally

$115+GST per session

One-on-one training with expert coaching in a private setting.
Sally’s available for private sessions if you prefer dedicated 1:1 attention, need scheduling flexibility outside our regular group times, or want personalised programming tailored to your body and goals.

Additionally, this is for you if:

  • You want personalised coaching without the group environment
  • You’re managing an injury or working through rehabilitation and need individualized modifications
  • You prefer the focus and pace of solo training

Also included:

  • Programming designed specifically for your body, goals, and any injuries or limitations
  • Immediate form corrections and technique refinement
  • Exercise modifications and progressions as you heal or get stronger

Private coaching with Lisa

$140+GST per session

One-on-one coaching for highly specialised needs or complex situations.
Extremely limited availability. Almost all of Lisa’s time is dedicated to group personal training, and private coaching is reserved for clients with exceptional circumstances requiring highly specialised attention.

Additionally, this is for you if:

  • You’re working through complex post-surgical rehabilitation
  • You’re managing chronic pain conditions that require specialised programming expertise
  • You have multiple compounding injuries or medical considerations that require constant hands-on adjustment
