So often we think that something needs to happen or change so that we can be happy. ‘When I lose 10kgs I will be happy’, ‘when I meet that guy/girl I will be happy’, ‘when I buy that house I will be happy’… etc, etc. What happens when we achieve these things? Too often we are not happy and we look for something else to make us happy and so the cycle continues. If we are not careful it may never stop: always looking and never finding.
