Group Training

How it works

Your two weekly strength sessions are the foundation, everything else is optional. Some members only ever do strength training. Others add yoga, sprints, Big Bang, or Metcon when it suits them. You choose what works for your schedule and goals.

You’ll be assigned ONE specific time slot for your two weekly strength sessions. These are YOUR sessions with YOUR group, you can’t mix and match times (re our small group ethos).

Small groups mean proper attention. Spots are limited and classes are capped when full.

$100/week

Tuesday Yoga

6-7pm live session PLUS access to extensive class recording library (with Joanna Day)

Thursday open gym

5:45-6:45pm (self-directed or make-up class with Sally)

Thursday evening metcon

6:45-7:30pm (Sally)

Friday morning sprints

Cardiovascular speed work and power development

High-energy, cardio and weights (hybrid) group workout to finish your week strong
