This is f#@*ing awesome read. I am of the opinion that I want to kick the shit outta this life but I have come to understand that I’m order to do this there a certain things you have to do. For me it is daily meditation, regular exercise, good nutrition, laughing and hanging out with friends, doing what I LOVE but also living in the moment and letting go of control (the last one is a constant work in progress) have a read of this awesome blog and tell me your thoughts.
